Return Policy:

If you’re not happy with an item, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the date of delivery as per the policy below. 

  1. Log on to the returns portal - The link will be inside your package and Order Confirmation email and place your request. A return label will be generated for you. 
  2. Ship the item back using your pre-paid shipping label within 30 days of your invoice date. Our address is on the return label that is generated with your request.
  3. We’ll process your return and refund your original payment method (minus $7.25 for the pre-paid return label). Note: Please note that it can take up to 7 business days to complete the return process. You’ll get an email when it’s complete.
  4. We’re sorry but we are not offering exchanges for this promotion.

Some important details:

  • Any returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them with tags attached.
  • When you generate a pre-paid shipping label through our return portal, the cost of the label ($7.25) will be deducted from your final refund.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges. (Please note we can't accept C.O.D. packages.)
  • Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

Timing: Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 days for it to be inspected and processed. Once refunded it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.
