If you’re not happy with an item, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the date of delivery as per the policy below.
- Log on to the returns portal - The link will be inside your package and Order Confirmation email and place your request. A return label will be generated for you.
- Ship the item back using your pre-paid shipping label within 30 days of your invoice date. Our address is on the return label that is generated with your request.
- We’ll process your return and refund your original payment method (minus $7.25 for the pre-paid return label). Note: Please note that it can take up to 7 business days to complete the return process. You’ll get an email when it’s complete.
- We’re sorry but we are not offering exchanges for this promotion.
Some important details:
- Any returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them with tags attached.
- When you generate a pre-paid shipping label through our return portal, the cost of the label ($7.25) will be deducted from your final refund.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges. (Please note we can't accept C.O.D. packages.)
- Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
Timing: Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 days for it to be inspected and processed. Once refunded it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.
